The Eastlake Company/ Boston Ranch Market and Financial Feasibility Study

While with CBRE Consulting I directed a market and financial feasibility study for approximately 38,000 acres east of Visalia, California in the Central Valley of California, primarily used as grazing land. Given the long-term population and employment growth for the Central Valley, the Eastlake Company contracted CBRE Consulting to explore the potential for rezoning and developing the property into a predominantly residential master-planned community over the next several decades.

Vail Resorts/Beaver Creek Colorado

While working as a vice president for Vail Resorts, I was responsible for the planning of a range of community and non-skiing recreation and cultural services including transportation and parking for this 10,000 acre new resort town 10 miles west of Vail.
