Public Private Partnership Structure & Negotiations
Many of the specific projects on which Terry has worked involved some form of relatively complex and enduring transaction between public and private entities. These include many TOD projects, ground lease deals and redevelopment agreements. As a result of this in depth involvement , Terry has served as a member and panelist over several terms on the Urban Land Institute’s Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Council.

About Terry
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Terry ventured out West to earn a BA (with honors) in Economics at Stanford. Then at Harvard he designed his own MBA curriculum to specialize in urban development and the management of public and nonprofit sector organizations. Click here to email Terry now.
