Military Base & Brown Fields Re-use Feasibility
Terry has worked on many military base projects, including Fort Ord, Treasure Island, the Presidio, Fort Baker (now Cavallo Point) and the Concord Naval Weapons Station. Terry has conducted brown field assignments for General Motors, PG&E, Dow Chemical and DuPont. These assignments have usually involved assessments of market and financial feasibility and long term strategic plans.
