Master Planned Communities- Market & Financial Feasibility

Doug Collister, President , High Desert Investment Company, the developer of two of New Mexico’s best master planned communities, High Desert and Mariposa Over nearly seven years Terry worked with us to make our 6,500 acre Mariposa development a reality. His work began with an in depth analysis of the potential long term market for the project and concluded with writing a project feasibility analysis that became part of the infrastructure bond prospectus to finance $16 million in essential project infrastructure. Key assignments in between included a series of financial feasibility analyses of specific product types and mixes, and a detailed assessment of fiscal and economic impacts which we successfully used to negotiate Mariposa’s incorporation into the adjacent city of Rio Rancho. Terry also helped us with the planning, development and very successful marketing of our Journal Center II Office park in Albuquerque.
